Bryson ISD, Head Coach/AD Vacancy

Coach Bill Reed will be a good prospect for this job. Coach Reed was the A.D. / Head Football Coach at Springtown for many years. I worked under him for 4 of the best years of my coaching career. If he gets this job I would hate to play him. His football knowledge is overwhelming and knows how to get the most out of kids. This would be a great hire.

The position is filled now. BTW, they got a quality guy. I will not name who it is as that is not my place to do so but believe me he is a quality guy.

I'm glad they got a quality guy but I was wondering
what does that make the rest of us, chopped liver?
I can't count how many supervisors I've had who said I couldn't do a Mgr. job without ever giving me a chance to try.
 
I started the quality guy stuff and I respond to those who take offense to that language. The coach selected is someone that I have known for about five years and I believe he is a quality guy. Those who question themselves if they are chopped liver will have to figure that out yourrselves. No, I will not name him. He can do that or the school can but it isn't my desire or responsibility to do so.

Hopefully this "quality guy" will get rid of that big fat baldheaded idiot that was coaching the boys b-ball team...I know some people from Bryson and alot of people up there wat that idiot gone...hopefully this guy can get their program up an running
 
you should not be so hard on yourself tiger bait not everyone thinks you are an idiot. but if you insist on claiming to be one then I guess we must grant your wish so everyone Tiger Bait has declared he is an Idiot please from now on refer to him as such the Idiot Tiger Bait. I hope this helps with your self esteem I know its hard to have any being from Gustine and all.

I got my thanks but no thanks letter which gave the name of the new coach.
Just wondering, Do many new AD's really come in and release everyone/anyone?
Is it rare, and/or for certain reasons, or common, perhaps for no negative reason?
I would really like to find a place to call home.
 
Well, since Grady has announced their opening, I will publicly congratulate Bryson and Joe Helms on hooking up with each other.
