What are the numbers?
Thanks I was wondering about that. How many wins does Vance have? Do you count only wins agianst 6-man teams. I know Marathon played games against 11-man teams where he coached. I know he caochedat Marathon, Aspermont, Sanderson, Garden City and Balmorhea.
Here is Vance's record as a head coach (overall includes 3 seasons as 11man coach at Buena Vista). The question about the 7 wins for 1976 Marathon vs 11man teams is one the association would have to answer...I have included them as 6man wins as Marathon was a 6man school

So all 306 wins are just in 6man from his days at Marathon, Aspermont, Sanderson, Garden City and Balmorhea?

No - 301 wins are all 6man
306 is all total 11man (Buena Vista 3 seasons) + 6man (30 seasons)
I dont believe he was ever the HC football coach at Fort Stockton

@Leman Saunders Was Dwaine successful at Grandfalls-Royalty and Silverton? Like deep playoff runs?
His Grandfalls teams were pretty dang good, 96, 97, 98 teams specifically...97 lost to champion Borden in the playoffs by 4. Silverton was building up getting better every year (99-02)
